Position Type: Part-Time, Full-Time

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced barista to join our founding team. If you’re a coffee artisan who takes pride in your craft and thrives in a creative and collaborative environment, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cafe Operations: Maintain cafe standards, including brewing methods, drink presentation, ingredient creation, and operational workflows.
• Customer Experience: Deliver outstanding service and cultivate a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the Moona Moono brand.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory to ensure consistent availability of high-quality ingredients.
• Quality Control: Ensure all drinks and ingredients meet high standards of taste, presentation, and authenticity.
• Timeliness and professionalism: Arrive for very shift on time and act professionally, in compliance with the employee guide

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of barista experience in a specialty, high volume coffee shop or similar environments.
• Must have availability on both Saturday and Sunday.
• Must have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to following recipes and processes.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and matcha preparation.
• Passion for coffee and beverages, with a commitment to quality and authenticity. Interest in beverage trends coming out of Asia a big plus!
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Creativity and a collaborative spirit to help bring the Moona Moono vision to life.
