Location: Moona Moono, Uptown Minneapolis, MN

Position Type: Seasonal Part-Time (Min 20 hours/week) with potential to convert to permanent

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced barista to join our team. If you take pride in your craft and thrive in a creative and collaborative environment, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cafe Operations: Maintain cafe standards, including brewing methods, drink presentation, ingredient creation, and operational workflows.
• Customer Experience: Deliver outstanding service and cultivate a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the Moona Moono brand.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory to ensure consistent availability of high-quality ingredients.
• Quality Control: Ensure all drinks and ingredients meet high standards of taste, presentation, and authenticity.
• Timeliness and professionalism: Arrive for every shift on time and act professionally, in compliance with the employee guide

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of barista experience in a high-volume coffee shop
• Must have availability on both Saturday and Sunday.
• Must have a strong attention to detail and commitment to following and executing recipes consistently.
• MUST have high EQ, excellent customer service skills, and a professional attitude.
• Must have references that can speak to professionalism and reliability.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds and move easily up and down stairs.
