Role Overview: We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Associates to join the Moona Moono team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about retail, enjoy engaging with customers, and thrive in a creative and collaborative environment. As a Retail Associate, you will play a key role in delivering a memorable shopping experience and helping to establish Moona Moono as a go-to destination for unique and curated products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products and share that knowledge with customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining visually appealing displays and ensuring the retail space is organized and inviting.
• Sales Transactions: Process sales accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory restocking, organization, and monitoring to ensure product availability.
• Brand Representation: Uphold and embody the Moona Moono brand values through professionalism, creativity, and excellent customer service.
• Event Support: Participate in-store events and promotions, contributing to the overall success of Moona Moono.
• Clean and maintain space: Help keep the space tidy and clean when needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of previous retail experience is required.
• Must have weekend availability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for retail, customer service, and cultural trends.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• A creative and proactive attitude with attention to detail.
